All Fannie Mae homeowners have access to our Mortgage Help Centers, as well as our network of partners, which offer free mortgage assistance and financial counseling. You’ll work directly with a housing advisor who will review your situation, explain your options, and work with your mortgage company throughout the process.
We offer nationwide support via phone or email with both English and Spanish advisors available. In some areas, in-person appointments are available. Click here to view locations that offer in-person support.
