If you’re a service member struggling with your mortgage payment, you may qualify for a special military hardship. Additionally, military service members have protection against foreclosure for 9 months following termination of active duty. More

Neighborhood Stabilization Program

Many state and local housing authorities offer financing programs that can assist you with the down payment and purchase of your new home. The government’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), provides homebuyer funds through special financing programs. More
